Teams tell me what's slowing them down. I turn it into software they actually use, and I get everyone on board.

Platforms I deliver on

How I ran a 15-department CRM rollout

At William Everett I lead CRM delivery for a large public agency, taking 200,000+ records and 2,000+ users from scattered tools onto one system.

  1. Discovery

Sat with leaders from all 15 departments to map how each one worked and where the old tools broke down.

  2. Requirements

Turned it into user stories, acceptance criteria and compliance rules the developers could build against.

  3. Build and test

Configured Salesforce objects, flows and permissions, then ran UAT with each department before go-live.

  4. Training

Live demos, admin training, written guides and video walkthroughs for 2,000+ users.

  5. Adoption

Moved support to self-service intake. Engagement rose 23% after launch.

Tools I built for the program

Status reporting platform

Consultants file weekly reports, managers review, directors see the whole portfolio. Sign-in through Entra ID, with roles set by security groups and SharePoint Lists as the database. AI drafts the monthly delivery report.

Dashboards for 11 programs

Replaced manual status decks. Each program gets a private dashboard rebuilt from the Smartsheet master task list throughout the day, with a change feed and meeting notes.

Training for 2,000+ users

Live demos, admin training, written guides and video walkthroughs that took 15 departments from old tools to the new CRM.

Senior Services dashboards

Supervisor and staff dashboards for priority deadlines and sent-back cases, revised after each client working session until they matched how the team actually works.

VitalTouch Health Network

A licensed home care agency in Illinois and a client of my AI consulting practice. I designed and built the platform the agency runs on: 145 screens, three portals, and a document system tied to SharePoint.

App to SharePoint, both ways

Every form and signed PDF files itself into the right SharePoint folder. Nightly checks confirm each person's required documents exist and flag anything missing.

Microsoft 365 built in

An Entra ID app registration with scoped Graph access. Emails send from the agency's real Outlook mailbox after passing an approval queue.

Phone system

Calls ring the owner first, then an AI receptionist. Voicemail transcribed, two-way texting with opt-out rules, every call logged to the record.

Hiring and compliance

Applicant portal, interviews, e-signed offers, state registry checks and monthly federal exclusion screening, mapped to Illinois licensing rules.

Training academy

Course builder with lessons, quizzes and certificates. Runs the 24-hour state pre-service course, dementia training and the annual HIPAA refresher.

Portals for every role

Caregivers sign documents, log visits and report incidents. Clients sign agreements and see their care plan. Case managers see only the clients they're authorized for.

Caregiver, client and caseworker portals

13 automations running every day

Care and funding-authorization reminders, applicant nudges, document checks, tax deadlines, ad-spend imports, weekly SEO tracking and a morning brief, plus invoices pushed to QuickBooks.

How I use AI

AI is part of how I work every day. I use it to build software faster, I build it into products where it saves people real time, and I put guardrails around it so a person stays in control.

145screens shipped on one platform
3apps on the App Store

To build faster

I write the requirements, direct AI coding agents to build them, then review and test every screen myself. That's how one person shipped a full operations platform and three App Store apps.

Inside the products

  • Turns consultants' weekly updates into a monthly delivery report for directors.
  • Reads a business card and writes the follow-up in the sender's own voice, learned from their sent mail.
  • Turns meeting notes into tasks with owners and due dates.
  • Answers the agency's phone when the owner can't, and sends a summary of every call.
  • Sorts the inbox, flags what needs a reply and drafts one.

With guardrails

  • Nothing goes out without a person approving it. Drafts wait in a review queue with a daily cap.
  • Disclosures built in where the law requires them, like Illinois rules on AI in hiring.
  • A fast, low-cost model for sorting and a stronger one for writing, so costs stay predictable.
  • A plain fallback when the AI service is down, so the work never stops.

Side projects

I build productivity tools in my spare time, from spec to release. Three are on the App Store.

Project command center

My project management tool. Two-way Smartsheet sync, a daily schedule built from my calendar, meeting notes turned into tasks with owners and due dates, and deadline reminders.

EZ-Reader

A reader and research clipper for iPhone and web that explains passages, defines words and quizzes you on what you highlighted.

Ledger

Personal finance system on the Lunch Money API managing 3,200 transactions, with budgets, goals and a cash runway forecast.

A bit about me

I'm from Chicago, and I'm a problem solver at heart. I don't always know the answer right away, but I take the time to find the most efficient way through, then I build it.

I love to learn. I'm constantly picking up new technology and new skills to be a better consultant and professional. I also love efficiency, which is why so many of my side projects are productivity apps.
